There's some wrong info in that page.
The game runs natively at widescreen, at the resolution 1280x720 (which is a widescreen resolution).
All other resolutions are either upscaled or downscaled, but according to the Steam registry there's a patch in the works, and it's rumoured that the patch will allow the game to render properly at every resolution.

Also the game supports key remapping just fine for the keyboard (haven't heard about anyone having trouble saving the remapped controls), but the controls can't be remapped for controllers.

One thing that can also be added to that page, it's possible to force anti-aliasing through the graphics drivers for AMD graphics cards:

And for Nvidia graphics cards it's possible to do this through Nvidia Inspector:

This only works at 1280x720 though, but if the patch that is being worked on does fix the resolution issue, this will work at any resolution.
