Missed achievement: Assemble the Trigon Trifecta

I got all three trigons, activated all three skyward beams, uploaded the Megatome, listened to the "transmission" and watched the end credits and the Scythian's funeral pyre. I got the "cosmic friends forever" and #honest achievements, but not the "assemble the trigon trifecta" achievement. The achievement itself mentions completing the trigons at the dark moon rock show. I remember that place, but not sure exactly what I did there. Did I miss something at the rock show? Is it possible to get back there without resetting the game? Thanks.

I think there are a few achievement bugs.

I unlocked, entered, and used the Moon Grotto but never actually got the "The Moon Grotto" achievement.

Go to the main menu, then go to the settings screen, and the achievements should unlock.

Oh, I had a similar problem - I couldn't unlock Gold Trigon and Bright Moon trigon achievements too (the Dark one has to wait yet). So I went into settings and only the Bright Moon one unlocked :x
