The game runs a good 40-50 fps on high settings. When I get to certain areas the game freezes and skips many frames. Areas I have never been to, or if I look behind me and out windows. I dumbed the setting down to the lowest and it still does this.

AMD Radeon HD 6900M
8 Gigs of ram.
