Because ... wait for it ... the video footage was shot on an XBOX 360, and the XBOX doesn't have DX11 capabilities. So, of course it will look like MW2, because MW2 didn't have DX11.

Wait till the first footage shot on a PC with DX11 comes out. Then make your comparisons.

MW2 is still the best looking CoD, it looks better than BO and MW3...Dx11 will change nothing, it is just a marketing gimmmick, they have to create a new engine with native Dx11 support to make it look better. I am so sorry. It is not about Dx9, 10 or 11, Crysis 1 with Dx9 is still on of the best looking games and it is from 2008.
