Thief Deadly Shadows cheats

I'm stuck in Shalebridge Cradle with a bug... again.
Never really managed to complete the game, now it didn't get a check for the quest of finding more info about "the hag". So now the last door to the Staff Room won't open.

Does anyone know how to bypass it? Kind of sick of doing this a hundred times. :/

It's not a bug. "Finding more information on the hag" is the primary objective, which will be completed once you've activated the various sub-objectives. However, you'll need to check every floor, every room, every cell and read every note/book in the Cradle in order to find and open these sub objectives. Once you complete all of the sub objectives, the primary objective will be fulfilled. It helps if you eliminate the undead patients as you go so you can explore freely (use Holy Water - one or two of them, can't remember; or, two Flash Bombs and one Fire Arrow; or, one Flash Bomb and two Fire Arrows to eliminate them). There's a furnace somewhere in this level containing a few Fire Arrows if you need them. This level is long and tedious, so check here (http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/528587-thief-deadly-shadows/faqs) if you need help. I used this walkthrough (http://www.gamefaqs.com/pc/528587-thief-deadly-shadows/faqs/30499), in particular, after getting lost a time or two.

This was an outstanding game by the way. It was much better than I thought it would be.

I assure you, I checked everything!
I heard that it's a bug connected to the fact that it just didn't check my quest in one of the two sequences(1. bring the blood sample to the pipe 2. burn the handkerchief(or whatever it is) in the morgue), and somehow it's connected to reading the letter in the nursery which mentions Drept and Miss Arthur.
