Problem with the starter pack.

So, this may looks like a dumb question but here i go.

I just bought the starter pack and looks like that nothing that it gives comes automaticaly to the char. But, i expected this.
So i also have the cd-key of the pack, but i don't found the place to redeem it... The store inside the game, that you can redeem some codes don't work with thi cd-key...
Now, if someone can help me, i would be very happy.

You may be asked for a payment method. Choose game card and select pay later.

There is no "pay later" metod. :(
Only game card, paybycash, paypal and credit card.
