on greenman gaming you can actually pre orer it, but on steam sometimes this takes time, depends on the schedule they have.

I will pre order this game yes or yes, I played metro 2033 4 times can't wait for this :D

You're doing it wrong. You're not supposed to give them money, but bullets! Preferably the shiny gold ones. I must have played through M2033 about 7 times, so I am anxiously awaiting the opportunity to give them a hefty box of ammo.

They have not prepared for releasing the game, in common case publisher likes to announce the release day before they think the game is almost done.
