Any fixes?

Since I'm not really anticipating a patch anytime soon, Is there any way to fix the mouse controls in this game? Aiming seems to be delayed and a bit choppy, It's just not very precise in general. It's beginning to get rather frustrating.

Man, I have seen that topic and am fully aware that it is there. But that's got nothing to do with what I asked. My concern is how the mouselook is functioning.

Oddly enough, I find the mouselook in max payne 3 to be worse :P
