Hi.
I have just read all (I think) of the solutions getting this game to work on Win7 64.
Here is one I found on the Codemasters forum by a CM member, which I haven't read on here.
"Issue solved
My main monitor was at 2560 x 1600 and second at 1024 x 768, i tried lowering the res of the main to lower than 2560 x 1600 before, and seperatly i tried turning off the second monitor, but i hadnt tried turning off the second and lowering the res of the first
The deafult setting in soldiers for resolution is desktop res and soldiers dosn't run at 2560 x 1200 without the afformentioned error (at least not for me)
If you have the same issue (only if you have a 30inch monitor more than likley) then just set the desktop res to 1920 x 1200 (or lower) then launch the game. You will need to set your desktop res down each time you play the game as even when the games res is set to 1920 x 1200 (or any other res) the initial splash screens etc will still mimic ur desktop res and cause the error before you can get into the game.
If i find away of setting a res for this initial splash screen etc, to save always having to lower the resolution, I will post it up"

Thanks to this chap for the information as it has just helped someone I know :)
