TL;DR All of us will respond/sign our name to this thread to show our response to why this game is unfit for Steam.
Then we will send a letter to Valve as a collection of all of our responses.
1. Everything below explains why (Or skip to #2):

Revelations 2012.
To say that this game has tanked to the bottom of the most bloated, rust-encrusted disease-ridden bottom of the barrel would be an understatement, but that is not why we are here today.
Revelations 2012 has uncovered and highlighted a problem that has been plaguing the Steam digital distribution service almost as long as offline mode has been broken, ie. The system for which games are released on Steam are arbitrary and outdated for today's PC market. (http://www.indiegamemag.com/indie-advice-getting-your-game-on-steam-takes-press-and-persistence/)
Games such as Mutant Mudds (http://www.destructoid.com/critically-acclaimed-mutant-mudds-denied-steam-release-230058.phtml) and Unepic (http://desmond.imageshack.us/Himg832/scaled.php?server=832&filename=unepictweet.jpg&res=landing), games that were legitimately favored to be on steam (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2535520) are being ignored and not given a fair release.
However, games such as Revelations 2012 which is being noted for having a broken options menu (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzTo6XUiIA4), vulgar (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2686931) and insulting imagery (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2767946) and being outright panned by critics (http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/revelations-2012) has been allowed to be released and even given a daily deal on Steam (http://www.destructoid.com/do-not-buy-steam-s-daily-deal-230099.phtml). Already, there is controversy that the game is simply a copy/paste L4D2 clone (http://img576.imageshack.us/img576/3738/hahahahahahahax.png) and even falsely-positive reviews being put out by people close to the developers (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2689304), which has been rejected by a Dark Artz Entertainment representative (With a Z).
This problem has been addressed before, however it has not caught the public's attention until now.
We, as the Steam community and as customers, have the responsibility to take matters into our own hands and let Valve know that this practice is wrong and that they need to fix it ASAP.
This is not acceptable and together, we WILL make a difference
By the way, it has come to my attention that several users have been banned (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=31335057&postcount=71) and in certain cases, images/evidence has been removed from the forum (check the sources). I will make it clear that if anything happens to this thread, it WILL be re-posted in another section of the Steam forums and it WILL be archived for everyone to see.
2. Alright, I get it, so how do I help?
It is easy, simply either make a response about why this game is not suitable for Steam or just type "/agree" or "/signed" or whatever to show your suppourt. I would prefer that if you have anything specific to say, put it in the following format:
Your username/name.
The date.
Why you believe that this game is an example of a problem for Steam and other developers.
Thank you, especially if you read everything past all the horrible formatting. :)
