Pictures in Legacy

I can't seem to click the pictures on the bulletin board in Kelli's room; the only prompt I get is for the bulletin board, not the pictures.

Are you right-clicking on it?
If you left-click Rosa says she doesn't want to carry it around.
(I loaded up a save file to try to help) :)
