How to do this 2 levels?

Loopback

Little and large

In Loopback you need to bring the rope around the single block in the upper left corner. It allows you to swing from the other side.

I don't know where you're stuck in Little and Large, but I think the step that's easiest to overlook is that you have to jump with the little Shuggy from the platforms on the right to get to the first of the small switches. It looks far, but the jump is actually easy.
