Confusing scores...

Can someone explain to me how scores work? I'm playing Defense with "Rocket only" option. I get some score, lets say 50.000 points. Then on the next screen it says "Best online 30.000", your best "80.000" and Your last "80.000". How come the scores aren't consistent between two screens? If it showed 50.000 points in the end of the game, how come it's counting 80.000 as my best score (and i've only played the level once so far). I also seem to be kicking everyones butt online. Am i really this good or is this game just buggy around scores? I'm pretty good in tower defense games but am i really this good? :D Lol.

It's a great game btw. It was very cheap on Steam and i love Tower defense games. I basically found it by accident and i'm happy that i did. It's simple and fun but still looks nice. I'd just need clarification of the scores so i know where i am at...

That's a bug that's been fixed in 1.13, sorry. It wont fix any old scores that are already in there that are higher than your best as I cant tell which are correct or not, so it will be up to you to delete your local scores if you want (from game options) as that will also remove your medals too.

I just played the first level. Said I got 23000, best online is over 200,000 and then at the final score screen I had 6000.

OK, I didn't get that high whilst playing, read it wrong. The best online score still reads really high though. I can't imagine how it's possible.
