I purchased Microsoft Flight with DLC and tried to register it and got denied. I was wondering if Loki MS Flight could send me a new product key that he did in other threads or any other suggestions. Thank you.

It'll be about another day before Loki gets back on I think. I thought he would have sent you a key based on the timestamp but maybe not. But some trouble shooting questions follow that might help:
1)Have you tried following the steps as stated on the store page for the base game?

2)Do you have the base game installed through Steam?

3)Have you tried buying the base game via xbox.com/GFWL?

As I have said in other threads I will be happy to send you key if needed, but could you answer bastila's questions first? I would rather fix your problem the right way, as opposed to simply throwing a product key at it and hoping it is not some other issue :)
