Trouble with toolbar

Ok i launch a new game but... The toolbar is empty. :/ There is nothing at the botom of the sreen, any idea what i am doing wrong? i know there is suposed to have something there because i checked the manual and the toolbar is full. :/

errr ok its strange, i did a verify integrity of game cache, first time i was still missing the toolbar but message was able to activate, redid a verify and that time the toolbar was there but message was not opening...

Ok i finally figured how to turn vsync on, now its working great thanks:)
