Hi all,i was just wondering if this game worth getting or is it annoying like alot of people say?:confused:

If you are using a joystick you will need to go to your steam game directory and open the following file with wordpad or notepad SpaceForce Rogue Universe\System\config

Paste in somewhere
UseJoystickRoll: 1
UseJoystickThruster: 1
JoystickDeadZone: 1000.0

The joystick thruster still may not work so you will need to remap them to somewhere or use the default keyboard keys. Apparently it might have to do with joysticks with multiple analog axis and there might be a workaround to fix it.

But beware...
If you're looking mainly for a quick and easy funny space shooter with a lot of dogfights to blast capital ships in 5 mins this is not the game for you (though it also offers this)!

This game is intended for space sim explorers and curious players in the vastness of universe. You have to loose a lot of time playing and managing the game missions, discover hidden secrets, explore unknown regions and relics of alien races in outer space... It's not the usual quick and easy story driven game. The combat system is very good though, with epic battles, but not easy and fast and requires some mouse precision and trajectory prediction to destroy enemies ships (very good AI by the way). Very satisfactory.
That's why this game is probably labeled as "annoying" and "hard" by superficial players looking for a simple arcade space shooter with packs of hectic action. This game goes much deeper and needs its time. It's a space RPG. For those fascinated by universe exploration and the unknown...
Very underrated game IMHO.
