When I look into my DLC there is a thingy named ValveTestApp206750. I believe this is the DLC?

There is no video games folder DLC folder in my WWTBAM games directory, even after having downloaded the games files several times. No way to contact STEAM about this either as WWTBAM is not in their list of supported games ... so what, we paid money for a DLC that does not work ???

Johcar - Out of interest, how did you contact them, in other words, which support options did you use, or did you just send tem a mail ... if all of us who bought the DLC which we cannot play get on their case, they will have to do something about it, strength in numbers and all that - what do you think?

Just fired off an e-mail to STEAM ... lets see how long it takes them to react ...

To anyone who is having problems with this DLC, contact STEAM - if they think it is one or two users, they will not regard this as a priority, if they get bombarded with complaints and requests to fix it, they will know that this is a serious matter - then they have to resolve it fast ...

This is pretty messed up. Doublesix should make a public apology or something. I bought it pretty much the moment it appeared in the store and still can't play it.

I to cannot play the new video DLC. I emailed to steam support but they can take weeks to reply if at all. Go to the facebook page for the game and place a complaint there as well. I will not pay out money for a product that is NOT delivered.

Hi guys, good news - I posted some less than flattering comments on this on Facebook and someome from WWTBAM replied: "Hi, We’ve just found out that the Video Game pack isn’t working properly, which we can understand is causing understandable frustration – Our sincerest apologies goes out to you all that are experiencing these issues. Rest assured, now we know, we’re working as fast as we can to resolve the situation and will update the content just as soon as we’ve figured out why it’s not working. Thanks for your support and continued patience."

So silence from STEAM but acknowledgement from the developer - here's hoping :)

Well at least no one else can spend money on something they can't actually play. And it also means Valve are aware of the situation. I hope it gets all fixed asap, I really want to play this :)

Why contact Steam/blame Valve?

Email the devs, it is on their website (which you will have to google because the link in the store page directs to a facebook page).
