Steam - Error on launch

Everytime i try launch the game i get this message:

This game is currently unavalible ( Unspecified Error )


so i basically cant even start the game I bought


I tried to change steam server, no results. Any thoughts what can be wrong?

I would really like to play the game but if i cant even start it its... i mean whats the point of having it then

I mean this suck i´m really considering refund request, i have the game bought installed but just cant play because of steam

I installed MS NET Framework 3.5 and it works now
