Well, I preordered the game some weeks ago as CIS version.
Yesterday i tried to open steam page of the game
and there was a message "This item is currently unavailable in your region".
But the game is still in my library.
What happened? Does it mean that I can't play it anymore???

You can play it. You bought it in your region when it was available and you paid for it. You will get your game. That is why a few weeks ago there were threads saying, "buy now!" People know, if it's restricted from your region but it's offered at some point, they have to honor that.

Nothing is stopping people from ordering a physical copy in your region though, so people will still get to play it.

Yup, thats publishers for you... They pulled the same thing on Australia as well. But hey, Greenmangaming is a nice alternative and was cheaper than the original Australian price.

Publishers really like to shoot themselves in the foot.
