NIC load balancing / NIC teaming

Is there any way to load balance or team two NICS from two different manufacturers? Is there some software that can be downloaded or something? Does anyone know if anyway to enable this in Windows Server 2003?

Can't be done with 2 different nics; buy 2 3com or intel cards, the software u need is included

not true, done it before......load balancing is not model specific....can do it in win2k3 and linux....win2k3 just takes time to know what you are doing....and is mostly used to just seperate traffic for web apps.
