Can't make a server.

Alright, I'm pretty new to Linux, so I have no clue if I messed up somewhere in the making of my server. I can't see the server show up on the steam list, and I can't add it by IP in favorites. I'm running fedora 4. I updaated the server files as shown in the stickied tutorial, then I installeed the mod i was going to run(The Specialists) to "hlserver\ts" and here's the terminal stuff.

It appears to be working, but won't show up :/

I also forwarded port 27015(udp)

It's because your server is running on 127.0.0.1. You need to set it to a public ip address or a private one and forward ports. 127.0.0.1 wont even work if you are on a lan. It will only work if you are playing locally on that server.

FATAL ERROR (shutting down): Couldn't allocate dedicated server IP port 27015.
Add "-debug" to the ./hlds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem
