when i type rcon stats in console on my server with just me in it this is what i get

the fps seems good 99 but the cpu is crazy, any ideas?

Does this only happen on one map?

If your server is running smoothly at 100 FPS without taking 100% cpu all the time, I'd say ignore it.

it happens on all maps and its always at around 100 fps rarely drops below 90.

when no one in server this is what it says for CPU

An odd problem, I'd guess caused by a plugin (possibly ping boosters). If your server works smoothly without taking excessive resources, it shouldn't be too big an issue.

nothing running on it just plain cs server. no amx mod no metamod nothing just a scrim server so. also it doesn't lag i actually have pretty good reg on it so should i just forget about it?

:) use net_graph 2 client side and see if the lines stay pretty smooth. You could try a fresh install (backing up your configs / custom stuff first).

Your tickrate is 100 right? What method are you using to adjust the Windows sleep timer?

as soon as 10 people got in the server it spiked back, the fps stayed at 100 roughly but everyone's pings went to 500:mad:
