Latest update causing Server Problems

Hey,

I updated CSS stand alone dedicated server. The update went fine and once it was done i started up the server. Now all the clan members and other people get a message saying that they need 3rd party mod installed or the server is out of date. I have checked to see if it was updated. It says:

1.0.1.0/7 2949
Bootstrapper version 17
Shared content 61

Which seems to be all up to date. I can not figure out what is wrong. Then i tried to run a backup server, non-updated version. Everything works fine. The update seems to be the problem.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Not sure this helps but make sure the update didn't over write any plugin information... And if you are using any plugins check their websites see if they have any issues or offer any update to fix this as well as keep moaning and groaning here as I will do too! :p
