Problems with Dedicated Server

When i start a source/non source dedicated server, in the console, it says "couldnt exec listip.cfg" and ideas?

listip.cfg is a text file, listing banned IP addresses. It doesn't exist because you've not made any IP bans.

The same may apply to banned.cfg, which is a list of banned Steam ID's. That won't exist either if you've not banned anyone.

You can safely ignore these errors; however if you wish not to see them simply create a plain text file with those names.
