Need help cant start linux server.

When i type in this command
./srcds_run -game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 20 +map de_aztec

To start the server, it comes up with these errors

HLDS installation up to date
./srcds_run: line 344: 10132 Illegal instruction $HL_CMD
Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

posting machine specs would help. But, make sure that your CPU supports SSE steppings.

remove all addons (also called plugins) and try to start a "normal" server.

try to use "-verify_all" to make sure no files are damaged
