mani help for source dedicated server

ok i have, got a source dedicated server running

if anyone needs it 66.169.238.100:27015

but i have all the directories right from the base.
cstrike/addons/
cstrike/materials/decals
cstrike/cfg/
all that good stuff in the addons there is a "vdftool"
i have clicked on it ran it for "cstrike" since im using Counter-Strike Source
but after it makes the "mani_admin_plugin.vdf" and i try to run my server is comes up with a error ".....the memory could no be read"
using "mani_adminmod_v1.2r_beta"

Does anyone have a clue what that means or what i did wrong, please reply thank you!:confused: :confused: :confused:


p.s. if i delete the .vdf server works fine just cant have any admins. but when im running my server it does not show up in the vac list anyone have a reason for this? just shows up in the lan area

The first thing you did wrong was posting a source question in the "Back Catalog Discussions" forum. Go see if you can find the SOURCE dedicated server forum.

it says windows dedicated server that means source or 1.6

It's Windows Dedicated Server under the Valve Back Catalog discussions, meaning all Half-Life 1 engine games.

There is a completely separate area for Source engine games, which also has it's own Windows and Linux server forums.
