Why is the game_text entity not available for CS:S? It's available in other Source games :( What's the point of taking it out, I need it! :/

lets see, go to:
Steam > steamapps > SourceMods > your mod folder > scripts > titles.txt
at the bottom type in the text like i have it (like @position, exactly as its typed here). you can change the values if you want.

$effect 2
$color 255 166 32
$color2 255 166 30
$fadein 0.04
$fxtime 0.25
$holdtime 10
$fadeout 1.5

D'oh! Sorry I have a problem b/c I have absolutely nothing in my SourceMods folder :( Also, if I do all this, do you know off the top of your head if this modified text file will download to other peoples' computers when they join the server, so they see the text message too? Thanks!
