Installation of a map

I want to find a good way to create an installation of my map, which will include everything that is needed in order to run the map including for example steam.
The map is based on a new single player mod for half-life2 I have created.
My purpose is to be able to give a disc with this installation to people who I want to present the map to.

Does someone know a good way to do it?

You CANNOT distribute GCF's with steam unless you are a licensed partner. They would have to download it first...

and they would have to own HL2: Deathmatch since i'm guessing that's where you mod's code came from. you can pretty much just distribute what's needed to play your mod once those people ALREADY have the other things.
