Okay, I want to do this.
I have 2 parts on my map.
And I want the players to spawn in the same spot.
And then after a few rounds, the spawn in the other part of the map.
And I need to know how to do this. So any help would be much appreciated.

You could do it by teleporting all players to the other location. You could setup a logic_timer to the teleport entity so that after 5mins or 5 rounds all players are teleported.

Yeah. Would the player spawn on the other side? Like say I set it to do that every 3 rounds. During those rounds would one of the players end up on the other spawn? I know if there is to many players then the other spawn will get sent over there. Any way to avoid that, other than having like 50 spawns for each team?

Well you can have spawn points in the other area but i dont know how to disable them. Ive never really looked into the player spawn. There must be away to disable it. Because there are levels out there that can have you spawning at different location each other round.
For the teleporting part. All you have to do is setup a box with a trigger texture and make it a trigger_teleport. Do this for both parts of the map. Then have both boxes disabled at the start and tie with a logic_timer. If each round is 5mins then set the timer to a minimum time 15mins (3 rounds). So when the 15mins comes around the players are teleported. But then rounds dont last 5mins. You might need a logic_branch so that if the 3 rounds comes before 15mins it enables another logic_relay or something and then activates the teleport. Sorry i carnt be more of a help but thats my limit atm, still learning. Just managed to get a vending machine working. lol
