Hey. I compiled my map with HDR but the specular maps seem to have gone insane. How do I stop this from happening.

You can see from the picture that the guns are way too shiny. What's wrong? What did I do wrong?

you did build cubemaps for LDR and HDR, right?

Thanks man. I didn't realise you had to. It's "Buildcubemaps" in console right, to do both?

yes, "buildcubemaps" while HDR is off and another time while HDR is on. make sure you have env_cubemap entities in your map aswell.
