If you send an e-mail to our techsupport, please attach the diagnostic files "DxDiag" and "MSInfo".
Here's a guide:
Direct X Diag
To accomplish the Direct X diagnosis, please follow this guide in every point:
Start the DXDIAG.exe in your start - menu (click Start, Run, type "dxdiag" and press Enter / Return).
Now the Direct X diagnosis program appears. At the lower contour is an option called "save all information". Choose this option.
Save the file as "dxdiag.txt"
Attach the file to your E-mail.
Systeminfo - Diagnosis
To accomplish the MSInfo32 - diagnosis, please follow this guide in every point:
Start the MSInfo32.exe in your start - menu (click Start, Run, type "msinfo32" and press Enter / Return).
Now the MSInfo32 diagnosis program appears. Click "File" and choose the option "export as textfile".
Save the file as "msinfo32.txt" and attach it to your E-mail.
