Hi just wondering if the effect of cell shading found in teamfotress 2 limited to just tf2 or can it be applied in other source games?:confused:

Ditto. We are making some Machinima and we'd like to do it with the TF2 look and feel (but we do NPC control and lip sync for the "actors") and so we need to do that in a non server game such as HL2.

There is no magical cell-shader. In fact, there is no cell-shading in TF2 whatsoever. The effect used in TF2 to give the characters that unique visual style is a combination of several shaders carefully picked out and tweaked.
