Help needed with The Orange Box!

i installed hl2 when it came out, activated it online and all that and iv recently updated steam. i currently dont have the internet and was wondering if i need to activate orange box online in the same way when i have an up-to-date steam..

Your reference to steam leads me to believe you have the PC version of TOB. This forum is for the console versions.
