i saw this on Wikipedia

These maps have been confirmed on steam news to be released later this year.

-Goldrush, a level in which players must defend a mine cart from the other team as it moves along a track
-Badlands, a control point map remade from Team Fortress Classic.

i would love to play these new maps but will they be available for download on the ps3 store?(i have orange box ps3)

also i saw this

Medics are receiving two new weapons in the next update, one of which has been confirmed, a heal gun that heals at twice the normal rate and does a 200% health buff but has the downside that it cannot ubercharge.

Will the ps3 get any of this?

WHERES THE LOVE?

Eventually... maybe... probably but we don't know for sure. By the way, there's a forum for the console versions of the compilation.

Once the maps roll around, an update containing all the bug fixes/additions that us PC Users have gotten along with the maps will be released for console owners

Yeah that would be most sensible updating all at once on consoles because it's less automatic in patching.

I would expect the maps to be released, but not the unlockables.

also note in the interview found here http://pwnage.tv/On-Demand/videodirectlink/TF2-Valve-Dev-Interview/
they state that some of the changes to the medic might not revolve around those actual numbers of health buff

it mentions alot of the new maps and updates in that interview so you should check it out for clarification

I think that remains to be seen:

One problem with the 360 is Microsoft limits the size of updates so there is limit to how much of the code can be changed.

Apparently, any new functionality in used in DLC needs to be made through an update first before the DLC can use it. DLC probably can't contain code/functionality changes.
