Honestly though, the source material was nothing more than things I enjoyed when I was a child. I guess I just don't have high expectations for something that didn't really set any bars.

The last two movies it was the humans that were kicking the decepticons and autobots butts all over the place. It wasn't robots "Kicking" other robots butts.. it was Humans pretty much destroying it all, considering how advanced the Autobots and Decepticons are.. humans shouldn't even be able to do anything yet thats how it is, the other issue is the movies have turned from Quality to quantity. "Lets fit as many robots as we can into the movie" and blow them up! Then maybe people won't see how bad the plot is. Unfortunately that ended terribly with filler movie parts about the humans saving the Autobots and blah blah blah. I think thne second movie consisted of mostly just Sam and his friends.. with a bit of action at the beginning and end.. where obviously the humans tore it up, cause apparently they > Transformers.

Well I've not problem going to it for the transformers themselves, which is fine, except their are just a small part of the story and humans dominate the whole movie screen. It's all about the humans. I'd like to see some quality robot action without Sam or the american military blowing everything up or pulling out a badass epic dagger or cube, or them pull out an antagonist that comes out of no where, then gets decimated in the last 30 seconds of the movie, because it's all about the humans, wouldn't want to get Optimus to much screen time.. thats asking to much.

Why do you whine so much about this? Your transformers hasn't been ruined. If you want to watch the original cartoons, do it. Michael Bay didn't edit or change them. It's not Star Wars.

Stop whining. If you don't want to see this, then don't. Meanwhile, the people who want to see humans fighting giant robots fighting giant robots fighting bigger robots will watch this and have fun. We enjoy it. It's a summer movie for a reason.

I think the speech has more to do with the politics and big money behind war. When you look at the billions spent on war in Iraq and Afgahnistan, and then you look at how the USA is bankrupting itself so that a very few at the top can benefit from these tragedies, it points to how warped and controlled the U.S. government really is by the biggest corporations in the world. Whether its Bush or Obama, it doesn't matter anymore. The video is simply one of a soldier who is trying to wake people up to this harsh reality.
