i posted this the other day in "the moment of truth" thread. reading the title suddenly reminded me of this track. this is the track the album was named after and is was one of the tracks i most played on that album when i got it.

to the people that don't like hip-hop, listen to the lyrics of this track. i mean, really listen. it proves that rap used in the right way can be incredibly powerful. these sort of tracks really appeal to me because it reflects something i have observed within life. it's called the moment of truth and in many ways, IMO, reflects the truth. through suffering we accumulate wisdom. when we suffer we glimpse it.

If you read the book you would figure out that Smith's character is the one that is the savage that was hunting them and trying to cure but end up killing them. In the end he is the monster that lurks during the day. That is why there is the shot of him looking at all the pictures of the people he killed trying to cure them in the end. He is the last man on earth. In the end he has become the legend. With this ending the scenes in the movie make more sense.

The video is fake and it's very easy to spot it if you have been to the seas quite a bit which I have been. Like 5 weeks each year for over 12-15 years. At like 0:55 you'll see the shark fin swin through lots of white bubbles and these can only be made through an motor boat or an sailing boat with an engine on.

My dad had a much smaller sharktype fin after the boat and people actually reacted to it somewhat fast and took pictures. :D

They have just made it larger.

But to do what he did, sure it might be possible but not for long and when the shark decides to dive he need to let go.

The other swimmers wasn't scared of the shark which tell you something does it. :3
