Interested on how to do this. I guess I can just model a bullet, look into the crossbow code and remove the "skewer to the walls" part and the bolt in the walls.

But after that, I'm not too sure this would be an effective way to do it if I wanted it on every weapon.

You'd also have to change the effects of gravity on the bullets if you are using the cross bow bolt as a template. I think your idea seems pretty good though.
