Weird bug in Hammer

Need some help figuring out how to fix this weird bug.
I have problems with this when having another window open in Hammer, especially the Displacement and Face Edit Sheet (Texture Editing) menu.

When I'm using them, they tend to disappear behind the 2D and 3D view screens which is very annoying. So I have to re-open them every time this happens.

If you've had the problem yourself, and solved it, please let me know! I've been looking around for a solution for a long time, but there doesen't seem to be one.

P.S. I made some red lines around the windows in the screenshot, this shows where they are supposed to be.

Does it help choosing the hammer window and move around with the 3d camera?

I can get rid of the problem if I drag it to the bottom of the screen and up again, but doing it every time I edit a displacement is incredibly annoying.

Also, the map is a map for CSS. I did make takeover for Synergy, but I haven't continued it yet. (I just noticed the outdoor section looks alot like the one in takeover.)
