So the white page of death infected both my community and store page. My community page doesn't work while in game too, help please

Can you access the community and store page in Internet Explorer?

Reset your default browser to IE :)

make sure you have updated internet explorer with Flash and stuff like that. Steam uses Internet Explorer for the pages in the steam client.

There's lots of causes for the white page, but it is often a problem on our servers. If you can provide the required information (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=627897), I can look into it for you.

i checked in on my problem, and people were hinting towards IE x86 being the default browser (IE x64 isn't compatible with flash), and that could be the problem, i knew it couldn't because its BEEN working, regardless of my knowledge, i checked into IE anyways, and in fact it was IE, it was trying to tether to my Samsung Instinct. I turned it not connect in IE, restarted steam, and now my problems are gone. Hopefully this will help you guys if you have the same setup as me. I'm also running Windows 7 Build 7100.
