[Suggestion] Steam payment methods

Hello dear friends of the steam,
I am "wal" in Latin America, more precisely from argentina.
I am taking this matter to suggest to the team steam, add a new payment method that is accsesible for all Latin America, most Latin Americans do not have credit card or paypal account, therefore we have access to a lot of steam and original games we have to resort to non-steam games. My suggestion would be to add www.dineromail.com (Sorry if it is spam, I do not think so, but if so edit moderator) is a PayPal-style system, but in latin america very easy and fast to use! Hear their views, I believe that if we could create a payment method more "friendly" with Latin America people would get more sales and got us the ability to access original games!

I agree that if this service is highly popular in Latin America it would be a good idea to add it as a payment method.

However, PayPal is world renown, available to everyone whichever language you speak (except maybe Klingon), and does not require a credit card, as most seem to be so reluctant to have (or too young). A bank card (or debit card) works great with PayPal. I do not understand much of Spanish, but it seems to work on the same principle as PayPal, so I don't quite understand how it would be different. Go to paypal.com and select Argentina as your country, and there you go. A Latin America friendly PayPal...

I guess forcing you to use PayPal is not the solution either, but I am sure it is less trouble for you to create a PayPal account than for Steam to negotiate with them and make sure they're right and then implement that payment method.
