Yeah, I figured that out. I could try it since it's mobo layout is a little bit similiar but I don't want to risk anything.
It's so difficult to find the original BIOS for this motherboard. Not even Gateway, ECS, or eMachines could have helped.
They are horrible. :(

I contacted them and they don't even HAVE IT.. it's pathetic!
Now I'm stuck with this BIOS that's close to my motherboard but it's not 100% similar. My CPU FAN gets high once I turn on my PC because my computer doesn't know how to react/control it.

Live chat support ask for your serial number... but the model number is MCP61SM-GM for the motherboard. That's all I have.

I don't know if you fixed this issues yet but, I had a flaky board same as you have(eMachines T3626) I found out the BIOS is the same as an ECS MCP61SM-M. The latest BIOS is 5/23/08. I flashed it without issue, but I too had the fan spins at 100%. I just set fan speed to auto and enabled cool and quiet and it is whisper quiet again. I have saved my original emachines BIOS and I have the ECS BIOS as well. I can't seem to upload anything and the DEX board won't let me register. Maybe contact me through here if you still need this.
Good luck
