View Full Version : You Are Dumb If You Don't Buy Ceville For $9.99 (or your countries equivalent)

This deal is crazy, and the game is awesome. Adventure game fans your brain is poorly functioning if you do not take advantage of this offer.

Been meaning to get this eventually and this gave me no excuse to wait. Bought it the minute I saw this :)

Adventuregamers show your support!

I jumped on it too. I am a really big fan of adventure game and the story seems to be interesting (helping a bad guy to take his revenge on another bad guy? sweet). So many adventure game these day, it's incredible (Mata Hari, Memorento Mori, Sherlock Holmes... :) )

It is a fun game and I find Ceville so amusing with his short stature and epic mustache! :D

From Germany too, or from another European country?

Amazingly funny game haha=)

Well worth the ten dollars. I just did encounter some problems in chapter 2 where the game would freeze sometimes when the map to travel to different areas opened.

Was considering to buy it, then saw that it's being sold for $9.99 in US and the price for Germany is €14.99 (~$21,10), so no thanks.

I mean even with 50% discount, the EU price is still higher than regular US price, lol...

It was worth it for me. The game is humorous and a bit different than the typical adventure game. It was cool having two characters that could interact with each other and help each other out for most of the game.

This is a well done adventure game with plenty of humor. I don't always have patience to figure things out on my own, so sometimes I refer to a walkthrough, but I'm still enjoying it. (Along with about 35 other games - Steam has too many sales that I can't pass up!)

FYI - It's back on sale this week.

Hooray for more abysmal price differences...

Yeah! I finally got a copy of Ceville. $10 was really a no-brainer.

Back on sale.:)
I'll buy it on during the last day if it doesn't become a daily deal. :D

I bought it because it was on sale, been wanting it for awhile and this pushed me to :)

Every time I see this in the Steam Games forum listings, I think it's a band name (http://www.chevelleinc.com/).

07-07-2010, 12:40 AM
Yeah man. I knew this would be a good buy once I saw the game. Got it for 6.79.

02-22-2012, 11:06 AM
It's the daily deal today.. Now it's only $2.50!

02-22-2012, 11:08 AM
So judging for the video on the store page I assume there's no way to be good in this game? lol, that sucks

Edit: I would also like to point out that the title of topic is mildly insulting lol good day.

i saw in store page its action adventure.. i'm afraid its more action than adventure

(i dont like the action part eg: tomb raider, but like the adventure (point and click style))

whats this game like?

02-22-2012, 05:27 PM
Don't know why they list it as action adventure webtax. It is purely adventure point and click style. The most action intense this game gets is giving you a time limit sometimes after you do something to click the next thing. And Badson, you play as 3 separate characters, technically, some of them are good, but the entire point of the game is you being an evil dictator, it's amusing.

2€ but it looks bizarre so i passed.
