Country Flags

On the forums at least. It'd be nice to see where everyone's from and a small pretty flag icon to go with it. Anyone agree? At all?

Now that would be a good project. Gives the person pride in nationality and other things. Also wouldnt take too long to get this up and running. But a side-effect could be some nation wars (maybe) further dividing the community... Good idea though.

just have an option to turn it on and off then there are no disadvantages

More functionality for teams:
- State Flags (I'm ganking you if you are from CA! :o j/k)
- Company icons
- College banners
- In game faction banners
- In game fellowship/clan/guild banners

Yes it is a great idea, but the only downside to this (not trying to be negative) is the chances of people getting offended, or attacked for who they are and what they are.

I like the idea. Sometimes people post region specifc issues in the forums. If nothing else it would help make those easier to sort out.

I was thinking the same thing. It's a great opportunity for flamers to insult people based on the country they live in.
As for region specific issues, people can easily post which country they are from.
Not dismissing the idea though. It sounds nice, but I can't really be optimistic in regards to it's soon implementation.
