I just bought UT3 and now have massive problems installing it.
Every time I try to download it it either logs me off Steam ("Steam Ticket expired") and wants me to re-enter my login information or simply says "Steam Servers too busy".
What do I do now to play the game I paid for?

Just to be sure: Have you tried restarting Steam? Sometimes that's all it needs to work :)

Yeah, but this error is there since I bought UT3, which was 7-8 hours ago.

Hmm, you could try and change the download region in your steam settings temporarily just to see if that works.
EDIT: nevermind, seems indeed to be a problem on Steam's side. I just tried downloading a game to test and also got bumped to refresh my login

Rename the clientregistry.blob file. If that doesn't work by itself also delete the steam.dll and steamclient.dll in the Steam folder.

Close Steam delete the clientregistry.blob and restart, it will update and all should be well :D Just had the same issue this fixed it!
