Who Broke My Steam Community?

I started up Steam a little bit ago and, for whatever reason, the "community" screen won't open, and it gives an error I've never seen before:

This only happens when trying to open the community tab outside of a game. In-game, via the overlay, I can open it, but nothing works. Like, I can't click on any links.

I'm having the same problem, although minus the error. The community does not work at all. If I open it through the tab I get a white screen, if I try to view a friend's ID page it doesn't do anything.

I've restarted Steam (several times), logged in and out, and restarted my system.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Delete ClientRegistry.blob and restart Steam.
