(L4D2) Is something wrong?

I just went into Gamestation and asked to pre order Left 4 Dead 2. They said I'd get Oct27th access to the demo and a baseball bat. So far, so good.

Then, they gave me the code, but I didn't have to pay anything.

Is something wrong or am I missing out on something here? :confused:

You pay when you pick up the game, I believe. I had the option to pay, though, and I did.

and he got the code today.
I keep checking my email every few mins xD.

Well I think Gamestation doesn't do that?...I don't know. I think we all reserved at Gamestop where it does the minimum 5 dollar

I've been told that I'll get an email with the code and that I will have to call and check with the store to see if they havethe tickets with the code on them.
Anyone know what game stop is doing? Cause I would like to get the code for the demo since I preordered it.

I ask about it and they just tell me on eof those two things each time.

Awesome, Laurence. Now if you buy the game at Toys R Us or Best Buy, you'll pay only $50, and still get access to the demo and bat.

So I've got a free code sitting here that says it'll be able to get me the demo on the 27th, and I can get the game for cheap at Toys R Us?
