I really need to know so I can pre-order my copy from the UK if necessary.

It's not usually this bad, before this it was just Manhunt 2, which nobody gave a ♥♥♥♥ about anyway, and a name change from morphine to Med-X in Fallout 3.

Seriously though, is cutting/bludgeoning off heads and limbs that much worse than shooting them off? Cause that's pretty much the difference between 1 and 2. That and the blood splatter and corpse count, which does seem ramped up, but a big whatever to that.

Dude look at the new cinema they just leaked. Coach cut VERTICALLY, through the Smoker!

But yes, it is. I think it's like the rules of 9 for Burn victims. You can cut off only 18% of a body (about the amount of a arm/leg/front of torso.) at a time or your crossing the line.
