no issues with negative acceleration for me. Perhaps the CPL fix fixed it?
The problem can be solved by lowering dpi, increasing sensitivity, or lowering windows sensitivity; it has to do with how CS determines mouse position for aiming. (It moves the cursor at the center of the window every frame, and uses how far you move it from center to determine how fast to turn).
The problem with high dpi / high sensitivity mice is that you clamp to the edge of the screen, and then your cvar sensitivity multiplier means you get effectively less screen real estate.
We're still looking into possible other solutions.
