( Standard advice to be referred to )

What to do when you need help ?
Search the forum and read the sticky's, if that doesn't help you ...

Provide the forum with relevant information and the forum will provide relevant answers !

There's a lot of good advice given in here. But to get a proper answer, you need to ask a proper question.
If your magicka game crash or you have some serious issue, YOU need to post your computer specs AND any error report there is.

Three things, maybe four, like this:

Quote:
1. Make a short description of your issue/error. Also describe what you have done so far to try and fix this.

2. Include your most important computer specs, using Speccy or run DXdiag. Simple how to here. .
Make sure you include "Display device / Graphics !

3a*. Find and include any error report log that Magicka might have created.
IMPORTANT: Failing to post an existing error report will, almost always, result in you receiving wrong advice !

* Error log. A textfile created when the game crash. Located in the Magicka.exe game folder. Usually something like C:\Program files\steam\steamapps\common\magicka\... The file is called "errorreport", followed by date of creation. If your not used to browse your HD, simply search instead. Search all drives for " errorreport*.txt ".

3b.With no error report, go to your Windows even viewer. For Windows 7, go to Start > Run and type ' reliability ', then hit enter. Se what it saes regarding Magicka.exe. Explained here. Post the event information for magicka. ( Will be something like this )

No. 1 is good for "understanding", no. 2 and 3 are absolutely necessary and crucial for receiving correct advice. If you present your case like this, I'm sure you will get all possible help. Especially if you also act calm and polite. Remember, this is not a chat, it's a forum! There can be days between answers ...

Please don't crosspost your issue in several threads.
