I have found that in general 3rd party producers like JustTrains, IHH, Trains and Drivers, Doug Smith, Don (LoneWolf) and others tend to excell at communication and support for their products. Bugs and problems do happen to everyone. It's how you address them and your customers that sets these guys apart from RSC
